It will not be in stores or available through online vendors. It will ship about a month after the trade paperback is released, in July.

This exclusive edition of The Last Lady B will be hardcover, but not the typical hardcover with dust jacket. No, this will be delicious soft-touch printing with the design printed right on the cover. (If you’ve held one of the new Bridgerton Deluxe Collector’s editions, it’s the same silky feel.) It’s perfect for readers who love beautiful books on their shelves. Cover, back cover, spine, and pretty sprayed edges — it’s all exquisitely done.
Even opening the book is pretty! Each of the three of the books Julia is including in her 2026 subscription box have stunning endpapers. And for The Last Lady B, the illustration captured all the characters, including Lady B’s baby piglet, who also gets to sit on Lady B’s lap on the back cover. (Note: the endpapers below are front — the back endpapers have a different illustration.)
